[FAQ]

Why is there two readings on the USB-C port?
Max output for the first USB-C port is 100W. When the second USB-C port is in use, the output for the first port will be lowered to 65W instead of 100W.

I cannot achieve fast charging when using both USB-A ports?
Please ensure that the middle USB-C port is not in use in order to achieve full 18W for the USB-A port.
